ACIL Allen Consulting was engaged by the NSW Ministry of Health to prepare a Regulation Impact Statement (RIS) for the remake of the Public Health Regulation 2022. The primary purpose of a RIS is to ensure that the costs and benefits of regulatory proposals are fully examined so that affected stakeholders can be satisfied that the benefits of the regulation exceed the costs.
