ACIL Allen was engaged by the NSW Department of Planning and Environment to assess the costs and benefits associated with possible minimum requirements for local content for modernising the NSW electricity system. As part of this project we also undertook a survey of NSW electricity customers’ willingness to pay for the broader benefits associated with local content requirements.
