About Tom

Tom Evetts is a consultant at ACIL Allen’s Brisbane office. Prior to joining ACIL Allen, Tom worked in the energy industry as an electrical engineer. He brings a range of experience from his time in the energy industry covering upstream and midstream gas projects, midstream oil, and support of research and development projects.

Tom’s recent projects include:

  • Market modelling and scenario development for a transmission pipeline feasibility study: Tom has assisted in market modelling using ACIL Allen’s GasMark modelling software to determine performance and sensitivities of the prospective pipeline with respect to market forces and other competing projects.
  • Pre-feasibility market analysis Hunter Hydrogen Hub: Tom has undertaken research into a potential hydrogen market amongst industry operators within the NSW Hunter region. This research explored potential quantities and prices, as well as identifying barriers to hydrogen uptake within local industries.
